特選MeyerRanch飼養的安格斯牛,經過21天乾式熟成後,為了讓牛肉的風味更加完美,因此我們讓牛肉在真空包內進行濕式熟成,在乾式熟成與濕式熟成的雙重作用下,牛肉風味濃郁,柔嫩又多汁更勝於濕式熟成。
