Made with carefully selected locally sourced Taiwanese pork ribs, the BBQ pork ribs are marinated with a special blend of spices to achieve a tender, succulent texture, then paired with the chef’s signature homemade BBQ sauce. Perfect for sharing with family and friends during the festive season.

Inspired by traditional turkey preparation techniques, the chef marinates premium locally sourced Kuei Ding chicken in advance to infuse it with flavor before roasting it in a professional combi steam oven. This technique locks in the chicken’s natural juices, delivering beautifully aromatic skin and tender, succulent meat. Served with specially prepared cranberry sauce and rich chicken gravy, it makes an ideal centerpiece for festive gatherings and sharing with family and friends.
